Refund policy

If Pro or the Playbook is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying and you get all of it back. No questions, no forms.

How

Reply to the receipt email from Paddle, or ask at paddle.net with the email you paid with. You can also write to us: the address on the About page. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

After a refund

What the purchase unlocked is removed from your account. Everything you earned by playing stays.

Who handles it

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which handles refunds under its buyer terms. The Bandeja Lab is run by its founder.
